Jamie, 6 kids, 1 p.s., 2 homeschooled, 1 beginning home preschool (still organizing for him) and 2 infants...i make a big dinner here at my place, my il's come up, and sometimes my dad and step mom join us, i like not having to drive all over all the time and my sil (the one who does all the cooking for big meals) likes not having to cook all the "big" meals, to them it's worth the hour drive..oh we have katy every year for thanksgiving...her birthday is the 12th of november so it's when we celebrate that..we'll usually stop at my mom's on the way to bring katy home (mom is on the way) (nt)

Barb, 6 kids, 3 homeschooled, 1 starting some preschool stuff, 2 hanging out. Thanksgiving with family, probably at one of the great aunt's house. (nt) - dutch-dancer 11/04/2009 06:53

Bonnie, 4 kids, 1 public school, 1 homeschool, 1 home preschool (just to give him something to do) and 1 hanging out. We don't have any family nearby, and we stayed home last year with a newborn and are staying home again this year. We'll roast a turkey and fixings. We always go around the table before we say grace and tell what we've been most thankful for this year. (nt) - Bonmomof4 11/04/2009 12:51

Jenn with 8 - 6 officially in school. We don't eat traditional Thanksgiving foods. (nt) - msjennbug 11/04/2009 13:46

Ok- so the next logical question is what do you eat? (nt) - zookeeper 11/10/2009 03:43

Stacey with 6- 1 in homeschool, 3 in public school. This is the second Thanksgiving we are spending away from our families and the first we are going to be alone. Our tradition is usually to cook for the family, so I'm feeling a bit bummed. (nt) - zookeeper 11/10/2009 03:44

Kim and Lee ...18wks pg w/7...homeschooling 3. Thanksgiving Day is always spent with dh's family (and lots of food and a total of 9kids 9& under!).
