Well, up until now, I have pretty well been goalless for nearly a year. I have a renewed reason to gain a set of goals. A blood test revealed that I have MTHFR. Tho it isn't that real bad one it does increase my risks for heart disease and stroke as if the PCOS didn't do enough. I am back on as of now! - HollysTribe 4 days ago

I started following the Every Other Day Diet last week. I eat normally on one day and then cut back severely on calories the next. Has anyone else heard of this and do you have any good or bad experiences? The theory is that it'll kick start your metabolism. (nt) - duedrop 4 days ago

Yay! Way to go Jason! I did clean one bench yesterday and then we had no clean dishes for dinner, lol! So we ate of paper plates and used plastic cutlery for dinner. Now Rob is finishing up all the rest of the dishes for me and I'm pleased to say that my bench is still clean, I'm amazed! and sad that I'm amazed at a bench remaining clean for more than 5 mins!
