I figured out that when I started working out and the weight started creeping up was about the same time I stopped breastfeeding. Peachy. I keep waiting for the first af to show, and she hasn't yet. I really don't expect miracles. A pound or two lost each week on average. However, in the past month I've gained 11 pounds!!! I don't see how that is in any way encouraging. Yes, gaining is not encouraging - but are you sure that your not losing inches in favor of muscle toning. afterall, muscle weighs almost 2x what fat weighs....
