It has dual zone heat and air conditioning. and a nice large cargo area. If you have the option, get one with doors on both sides. We live on a one way street and our house is on the left hand side. The doors open into the street. Plus, sometimes in parking lots someone parks too close on the right, etc...It's not necessary, but if you have the option go for it. It has Stabilitrac for slippery conditions which is also nice.

There is the driver and passenger, 1st row bench (seats 3), 2nd row bench (seats 3), and the third row bench (seats 4)

Here's the seat belt configuration for carseats.

Driver ; Passenger
1st row= shoulder/LATCH/ tether ; Shoulder ; shoulder/LATCH/ tether
2nd row= Shoulder ; LATCH/tether ; shoulder
3rd row= Shoulder ; lapbelt ; lapbelt ; shoulder

We liked the feel and drive of the Chevy Express over the Ford 12 psgr. It's more stable feeling and the interior is more comfortable (In our opinion). The major drawback we have, is that the benches do not have headrests. This is fine when the kids are in booster and car seats, but I don't like it for my teenager. It also makes it hard to hang things on the seatbacks for long trips. We really have to jerry-rig the dvd player! LOL!
