I am neutral on the product and I sorta wish I hadn't bought it. There are a few things that this grill will cook great but for the most part, its just one more product that isn't all that versitile that still takes up room in your probably already cramped kitchen
Pros: It greatly cuts down time to cook hamburger patties. It cleans really well as long as the grill is warm- even the burned spots.
Cons: Can't cook burger up for browning.. no flipping or much shifting of the meat. If the meat is too thick, it doesn't cook very well on the outter pieces (has to be like less than a half inch thick) You have to unplug it in order to get it to stop cooking which isn't the way I like to turn off appliances. The Steam is really hot so you run the chances of burning yourself. It takes up room in your kitchen cupboards while it only cooks a few things. Though any of you are welcome to tell me what else works well in these grills.
Overall, I'd suggest you buy one with a flat section on the side so you can cook more items with it. If I could go back, I wouldn't have bought this Grill. But hey, when its ONLY 29.99 at Christmas time... how could I resist? LOL
