I had a great experience with upmama.com last year when I ordered my sling from them.
The sling was taking longer then usual to make due to some family issues the owner/creator was going through.
However, she felt so bad about the delay (which was only about a week or two delayed) that she threw in a free simple pouch! Which I ended up using just as much, if not more, then the one I had bought originally.
I got two slings for the price of one!
I will review on the sling in the proper folder next...
