Ingredients:

3/4 c butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 c shredded zucchini
1 c flaked coconut
3/4 c chopped walnuts (I skipped these 'cause I don't like them.)

FROSTING:
2 c confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 to 3 Tbsp milk
Directions:
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.

  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  3. Beat in vanilla.

  4. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to the creamed mixture.

  5. Stir in zucchini, coconut, and nuts.

  6. Spread into a greased 15x10x1 in baking pan.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

  8. Cool on a wire rack.

  9. Frosting: In a bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter, vanilla, and enough milk until frosting reaches spreading consistency. Frost cooled bars; cut.
