Ingredients:

1 can of chicken (love the costco stuff)
1-2 cans of cream of mushroom soup (depends on how many cans of vegs I add)
1 can of corn
1 can of sweet peas
1 can of green beans
1 can of potatoes
Pie crust made from a mix or pre-prepared.
Directions:
  1. Line pan with crust.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients and fill crust.

  3. Put the top crust on and bake at 375-400 till done. Usually about 45 min. I bake in stoneware so both the temp and time is flexible.

  • Use your favorite canned vegs the only thing that is important is the chicken, soup, and potatoes. Though I have forgotten the chicken before. LOL And you can substitute ground beef for the chicken add mashed potaotes for the top crust and call it shepards pie. ;)
