Ingredients:

2 lbs lean pork roast
3/4 c soy sauce
2 T sugar or honey
1 T sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 T sliced green onion *optional
Directions:
  1. Place all into a slow cooker and cook on LOW for several hours until pork shreds easily (about 8 hours).

  2. Shred completely and serve on warmed flour tortillas with Hoisin sauce.


  • This serves my 9-person family at two filled tortillas each.
