Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
4 beef bouillon cubes
4 tlbs flour
1 med onion, chop
2 small cloves of garlic
3 cups rice or 1-2 pieces of toast for each person.
Directions:
  1. Brown beef, onion and garlic in large fry pan till onion is tender.

  2. When done sprinkle flour over all the meat and mix well.

  3. Add 3 1/2 cups of water and bouillon cubes and mix well again, turn heat down to simmer and cook for 10 minutes, mix well again.

  4. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve over cooked rice or toast.
