Making a weekly meal chart can save you time and money in the kitchen. By having a game plan in place, you can better utilize the contents of your pantry, planning meals around ingredients you already have. It helps you focus when shopping, buying only what you need. It can also be a dollar-saver on those days you just have no idea what to make and are tempted to hit the drive-thru!

Creating meal charts can be fun, but especially when you are rushed for time, it can be difficult. Having had this dilemma ourselves, we created a special program that will produce a helpful and fashionable mealchart you can post on your refrigerator. Create several and have a month worth of meals to refer to! You can come back and create as many charts as you like--there are no limits.

Lotsofkids.com would like to extend a very warm thank you to ThistleGirl Designs (formerly AMR Originals) for allowing us to use some of her wonderful graphics for these charts! We appreciate her kindness and support of LOK--plus we absolutely love her art!

This program creates a ONE-TIME chart; it will not be saved. When you are finishing entering the information, click the create button and you will be taken to a different page with your chart. Simply print it off. If you need to make changes, use the Back button on your browser to return to this utility page.
