ORANGE EGGNOG PUNCH

This traditional holiday beverage gets fresh sparkle and flavor from the addition of ginger ale and orange juice.

Ingredients:
2 quarts eggnog (you can use reduced fat, "no-fat" is not recommended)
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 2-liter ginger ale (chilled)

Directions: In punchbowl, stir eggnog and orange juice concentrate until well mixed. Pour in ginger ale last (this is preserve the carbonation) and stir gently.

Makes approximately 4 quarts.
